Description

Global Automation Ltd builds an innovative range of truck-mounted chiller and freezer trucks bodies for different vehicles. All the corners and edges of the vehicle body are protected using specially extruded aluminum profiles and an insulated body is designed to hold temperatures ranging from +15°C to -40°C.

The vehicle bodies are manufactured in sizes of up to 7 meters in length and 3 meters in width. Global Automation Ltd. takes pride in being one of the very few companies in the region to build truck bodies using only 6 panels, one for each side of the body.

Cladding: Internal: 0.5mm PPGI Sheet with nylon protective film with ribs. External: 0.7mm PPGI Sheet with nylon protective film with without ribs.

Construction: Insulated panels will be made in one piece for each side in order to increase the rigidity of the box. (5 pieces) insulated panels will be reinforced with a steel frame for long-term durability.

Floor: 100mm thick insulated panels reinforced with wooden spacers, covered with 18 mm WBP plywood & finished with the aluminium chequered plate. PU, GRP
