Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Description

Global Automation Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, tax, and VAT documentation, along with exceptional leadership skills for negotiation, team building, operations, and excellent English writing proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Financial Management:
– Oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments.
– Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
– Manage accounts payable and receivable.
– Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.

2. Tax and VAT Documentation:
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
– Handle VAT documentation and reporting.
– Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.

3. Leadership and Team Management:
– Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support.
– Build and maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
– Negotiate with suppliers and other concerned parties to secure favorable terms.
– Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.

4. Operational Management:
– Develop and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures.
– Monitor and control operational costs.
– Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
– Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

5. English Writing Proficiency:
– Prepare and review financial documentation, reports, and correspondence in English.
– Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication in all written materials.
– Assist in preparing presentations and other written materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of tax and VAT regulations and documentation.
– Proven leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
– Excellent English writing skills.
