Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and review mechanical design drawings for new and existing products.

• Estimate and prepare product production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, feasibility, and progress.

• Monitor and oversee ongoing projects to ensure timely and quality completion.

• Provide technical field support for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality control teams to optimize processes and ensure adherence to standards.

• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, production, and project management.

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Willingness to travel for site visits and fieldwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the supermarket or restaurant equipment industry.

• Knowledge of production costing and budgeting.

• Familiarity with project management tools.
