Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the entire production process of supermarket equipment.
– Ensure that production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.
– Implement quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards in manufacturing.
– Monitor and improve production efficiency, reducing waste and costs.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production workflow.
– Supervise production staff, providing guidance and resolving any issues that may arise.
– Maintain documentation and records for all production activities.
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or quality control in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in metalwork and equipment production.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
– Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and standards.
