We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our metal furniture production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, and handling administrative tasks to support the factory’s overall productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:
– Oversee the daily operations of the metal furniture production floor.
– Ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards.
– Implement and maintain production processes and procedures specific to metal furniture manufacturing.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials.
– Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

2. Administrative Management:
– Handle administrative tasks related to factory operations.
– Maintain records of production, inventory, and staff attendance.
– Prepare and submit regular reports on production and administrative activities.
– Coordinate with HR for staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
– Manage factory budgets and control operational costs.

3. Team Leadership:
– Supervise and lead the production and administrative staff.
– Provide training and development opportunities to staff.
– Foster a positive and productive work environment.
– Conduct regular team meetings to discuss production targets, issues, and improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in metal furniture.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficient in using production management software and MS Office applications.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
